SCIENCE FAIR - APRIL 23!
It’s that time of year to start thinking about Georgia O’Keeffe’s annual Science Fair. The fair will be held on Thursday, April 23rd. All grades are welcome to enter. If your child would like to participate, please fill out an entry form (see link below) to save a spot for your child’s exhibit board. The entry form also states the guidelines along with project ideas. If you are unable to access the entry form, a limited number of forms will be available in the office. The viewing of the projects and award ceremony will be from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the cafeteria on that same evening of April 23.
Science Fair Judges:
In order for the School Science Fair to be a success, we will need parents and community volunteers to help interview the student participants. Judging and interviewing will start the morning of April 23rd and should take about a half a day from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. No experience is necessary. We will accept as many adult judges as are willing to help out, so come and bring a friend! If you are able to help judge, please send an email to Betti Trahan (GOK 3rd grade teacher) at: email@example.com. Thank you!
