Withdrawal Information

We hate to see you go, but we understand there are situations that lead you away from Albuquerque and GO'K.  If you do move and need to change schools, please follow the following process:

1.  Notify your child's teacher that you will be moving, and

2.  Notify the school clerk in the office that you will be moving.

Please allow us at least 48 hours notice of the last day your child will attend insuring that all the proper paperwork may be completed prior to your move for an easy transition.


Registration for 2021-2022 will open March 15th!

Online Registration

Current GO'K students:

Online registration is open through ParentVue for the 2020-2021 school year.  Log into your account, click on Messages, and then click on the link for 2020-2021 enrollment process. Do not create a new account, if you already have one.  If you forgot your credentials, select the forgot password link and enter your email address. It is very important that we have accurate student counts to plan for next school year.  We have experienced cuts to our teacher allocations for next year; however, allocations can be given back based on an accurate count of students registered.  

All students need to register every year and provide proofs of residency.  Two proofs of residency will be needed to confirm the registration process.  You will be able to upload these documents in the online registration process or you will be able to provide a copy to the office.  Approved proofs of residency include rental/lease agreements, mortgage statements, PNM or gas bills, property tax bill, NM driver’s license, voter registration documents, military orders, or provide your proof of renewed approved transfer. Bills used as proof of residency should be within 30 days old. If you cannot provide proof of residency, you should request a transfer.  Transfer approvals are not a guarantee.

Students new to Georgia O'Keeffe Elementary:

Online registration is available through ParentVue.  If you do not have a ParentVue account, please create one now.  Once you have a ParentVue account, please go to APS Online Registration or use the link in messages on ParentVue to complete the registration.

Please have the following ready when you register online:

  • One proof of residency -- Documents that will be accepted include: 
    • PNM or NM Gas bill (no older than 60 days)
    • mortgage statement or lease agreement (no older than 60 days)
    • a current NM driver’s license
    • tax bill
  • Immunizations
  • Birth certification 
  • CIB & 506 (if applicable)
  • If you require a family living with family form, you must come to the school to provide this notarized documentation
  • custodial documents (if applicable)

If you do not have a scanner or have difficulty uploading, please bring the documentation to the office and our clerk can assist you.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will need an appointment.  Please call the office at (505) 293-4259 to schedule an appointment with Clerk, Fatima Gurule Serratos.
